I have recently undergone training with Suman’s Advanced US IT Recruitments & Leadership training & it’s tailor made training for me.
It really help me a lot to improvise in my current job and it was really in depth, insightful, meaningful and very powerful.

I recently attended a live class on recruiting, and I must say it was truly insightful. I have attended the session that was on Boolean but along with it he explained a lot about our mindset and some technologies. He also explained how should we understand the job description.
I am following him from long time and I would say his every video is really helpful for me. I also read his book ” Nail the Deal” that was an amazing book for a recruiter as it covers a lot to understand about the US Recruitment process and about this industry.
I will suggest every recruiter to read that book and watch his YouTube videos as well.
