Had a great session today. There is a lot I learnt from the trainer who was very thorough and detailed with the delivery of emergency first aid and manual handling. I learnt a lot of improved techniques which will make my service delivery much easier and safer for both myself and my service users. I will recommend you train with them. Waleed khalid is an excellent trainer.
