This place used to be amazing since Kevin left and Ben the place is not safe for anyone with ASD or server mental health diagnosis at all! Brett who has taken over Ben role is a disgrace of a human being he lied to a group of vulnerable people rail roaded right through us. I made formal complaints and nothing was done I was laughed at down the phone by head office. Avoid this place at all costs find somewhere that is inclusive of People with Autism and can cater to the complex needs! Absolutely disgusting how I and others like myself have been treated. I will never step foot back in your building ever again Brett caused me significant harm directly I had a meltdown and went into burn out had a complete 6 weeks mental brake down after that… Left me feeling very suicidal wanting to self harm as well. So no I do not recommend this place to anyone with Autism ADHD or server mental health find alternative support that can actually meet your need’s. Nobody should need theropy from seeking therapy or support… Disgraceful behaviour from this service provider and everyone involved nobody has even tried to rectify! Nor have I received an apology from Brett directly nor has the rest of the group that was in existence for over 7 years!! 99% of us do not use this service anymore because off Brett!!.. Ben was amazing at this place you had a diamond and you picked up a stick!… Kevin was amazing at this place also and him leaving was the start of the downfall… But Ben has Been the biggest loss!!…
