Not sure how your recruiter works. But i hope Ke Xin improve her recruitment skills.
1. Did not conduct proper interview
2. Failed to look into skills and experience
3. Failed to acknowledge candidate’s experience
4. Rejected my application after i told her i do not have a Diploma but i have 9 years of experience in Customer Service.
5. The job i applied was Customer Service Assistant
6. She rejected my application quicker than my toddler who sprint
No hates. Go train your recruiter well 🫶🏻

before the interview and directly after the interview the recruiter is very responsive and asks for update etc, but more than a week after the interview when you politely ask for an update the recruiter just goes dead with no reply. also the recruiting process is slow she doesn’t seem to be able to get the important info from the client regarding their hiring process

I am really thankful to Jamie, Janice Tan, Faye Kong from Persolkelly for helping me to secure a job in Singapore. Previously while I was finding job by myself due to lacking working experience, it took me more than 9 months and yet cannot get a job.
