5 stars for Donna and Niche 212
I am just settling down in Australia, as a new talent in the coutnry having spent 14 years in Singapore and Europe in the financial services industry, to be honest the initial recruiting experience was a bit disappointing for me, until I met Donna from Niche 212.
She is excellent in her communication, information sharing and approach to really pursue the talent hunt. She takes time to dive into your CV , ask the right questions and does an excellent job at providing the candidate an honest lay of the land. She touches both the commercial and culture element of the role and makes the candidate comfortable all along this journey. Recruiters could really learn a great deal from her .
