Think twice before making 1770 payment and joining in nexmoney. Unable to pay gas bill. I was shocked and really don’t have words to expalin the seen when I tried to recharge my fast tag…it is showing as 99000 due amount(as per my knowledge fasttag is prepaid service and I do have sufficient balance. I have verified with fasttag wallet). When I tried to pay my water bill it is asking to enter 25 digit CAN number, but CAN number will have 9 digits only….how should I enter 25 digits….don’t have option to pay tsspdl electricity bill. All these option will be visible only after paying amount 1770…and we don’t have option to refund. When I tried to raise the complaint regarding the same…it is saying unknown error try after some time…

Think before to take membership. worst app, I taken membership and I done transaction for gas booking and cancelled on next day only. if u done same method in another money refund to received or refunded to same wallet, but here no return/refund will come . at the time of transaction error will come automatically ur money will gone. I did transaction on 02 nov 2020 and I cancelled on 03 nov 2020.my user ID gakhil2019. worst response from customer care people. my complaint numbers 219860. I tried who suggested to me for membership. he also don’t know how to solve.chor company
