New horizons employment solutions is an amazing place with an amazing crew. I had been unemployed for the past 9 months. Me an able bodied, ready to work 37 year old. I had been to temp agency after temp agency, company after company. Interviews that went great until the part came where I had to disclose my criminal history at which time smiles would stop and they would tell me to expect a phone call as they ushered me out. I arrived at new horizons, filled out an application and was interviewed shortly after. The interview process was thorough. I wasnt judged by my past but my desire to change and work to better my life. I left the interview feeling like I truly had a team in my corner. Later that same day I was given a call from the colonel with news that I’ve been waiting for for 9 months. They got me a job. Just like that. I would not only recommend this place to people in similar situations but anyone that needs employment and a team of people that are gonna go out of there way to make sure u have a chance.
