I had a delightful experience at Caffè Nero in Clifton Down. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, providing a peaceful retreat. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, ensuring my drinks were prepared exactly as ordered and tasted fantastic. The selection of cakes and snacks was impressive, catering to various tastes. I also appreciated the cozy bookcases filled with reading material, adding a charming touch to the environment. Overall, it’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy quality coffee in a lovely setting.

I am a regular customer here, their coffee is of good quality and I have to say their new cinnamon buns addition are absolutely delicious it’s a shame they don’t have them available at all times! Service can be a bit slow at times, the only big minus is.. the place is overran by students and 90% of the seating capacity is students sat on their laptops (some of which are doom scrolling on tiktok) on a 3 or 4 seater table which can be a bit frustrating when you are trying to find a seat to enjoy a morning breakfast on a weekend!

Had a caremal frappe with coffee in it today, 03.05.25. Was terrible. It had not been shaken which one does in order to blend in the coffee well with other ingredients and the caramel was only on the top of the cream. There seemed to be non in the inside of the glass to be able to taste it in the drink. Also there was way to much ice. The drink seemed so watered down. The worst frappe I have had. I will stick with Starbucks just around the corner in Clifton Down shopping centre, they do a fantastic frappe with coffee.
I asked about their free WiFi and the guy said I have to register with my email. One apparently has to register a account with a password as well as a email address, please provide correct information.
The guy who served me was efficient and fast but seemed offish in behaviour, not friendly.
In customer service jobs you need to be friendly and bubbly all the time.
