My husband, pup and I recently relocated to Brooklyn from out of town and explored several apartment options. Once we connected with Matt, the decision became clear and easy. Given our circumstances, we had to sign the lease sight unseen, but Matt made us feel completely confident every step of the way. He provided everything we needed, including a virtual tour, floor plans, and detailed pricing for available units within our budget. Throughout the entire process, Matt was incredibly responsive, thorough, friendly, and professional. He made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and seamless. Now that we’re settled in, we really enjoy living here. The building is very pet-friendly, the amenities are excellent, and the entire staff is welcoming and kind. We highly recommend 365 Bond to anyone looking for a great place to live in Brooklyn!

I lived at 365 Bond for 2 years (2020-2022) and it was nothing but a great experience. I loved calling it home and to be fair there are not so many buildings in Brooklyn and Manhattan in this price range that could offer similar experience. Every service request was answered within 2 days max but usually the next day. Amenities were clean and taken cared off. Peloton. Yoga room was outstanding, rooftop with stunning views of Manhattan, Statue of Liberty and Verrazano bridge. Yoga classes twice a week and tons of events organized for tenants weekly. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the person who was in charge of events but she must be mentioned, thank you! Private garden blooming in late spring. Closer towards the end of my stay I’ve noticed some staff left and amenities weren’t always crystal clean as before but this was a minor issue. What is really special about 365 Bond is its team, wonderful people, every person I had to interact with, it’s the team who make 365 Bond your home. Very well managed building, highly recommended.

I have been a tenant here for close to two years. Matt was fantastic in the leasing process, and I can’t speak highly enough of him. The building, however, cannot keep the elevators functioning. The C core elevators go down constantly – they were down two days ago, they are down again today. I have been in regular contact with building management, and they always say they will call the vendor. Last time they said “we may have identified the problem.” That was months ago. They have not. If you depend on an elevator, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I would also caution against trusting management, since they have ignored actually fixing these issues. This building is new, the elevators should not be so unreliable that they break at least once a month. They broke twice within this past week. It is a bad sign that management just provides lip service, and doesn’t actually fix the issues. I like the building overall, don’t get me wrong. The gym is fantastic, the rooftop is amazing, the concierges are all very friendly and helpful, and the porters and maintenance staff are great. But it is beyond frustrating that the office does not step up to fix actual problems which are reported to them by multiple tenants.
