I got a call from this comapany, and they asked details about my profile and they checked with me for my current company size and when I told them that its around 30-50, and suddenly they rejected my profile saying that the reason of my company size. What are they gonna do with that? They can reject me if I am not good at subject/work/fit into the project. Even though I have enough knowledge/experience in the subject they simply rejected me reasoning about my current company size. How is this fair? All I asked was a valid reason to justify it but the HR simply kept quiet for a while and she didnt reveal anything.
