I have been a nurse with Maxim for nearly 10 years. Overall a good experience. However I wish you would bring back the flu shot and wellness clinics, maybe add allergy testing and DNA testing to the list. I’m sure it would generate year round income for both the company and nurses. I would definitely come work at the clinics!

My wife signed up with Maxim. She was supposed to be supplied aides. She has had maybe one aide show up. This aide quit Maxim. Now Maxim has all her hours, and has not supplied an aide in over a month. I have had to pay an aide to come in. I will be charging Maxim back everytime I have to hire an aide. If someone says Maxim, run and hide.
