They lost my packages a few times worth $$ and when I brought it up to mailman he rudely replied it is no me as he has been doing this for 23 years…Luckily , one of the whole package batch of three thick envelopes landed at my neighbors mailbox. He added that I was holding him off from doing his delivery work and rudely stated “sir, you need to complain to post office and ended his racist statement with “obviously we have a language barrier and you need to speak to manager” …wow what an outstanding people skills!!!

5 times in recent weeks, the mail truck drives by 13 houses without stoping, I asked today how is it 13 to 14 houses in a row have no mail again when the Postal App says there is mail, I’m told by the driver the app is no good and not to use it. It’s Friday and I guess he wants to be done early.
