  I have been going to this store for years and the owner is the most unhappy, rude ,and mean person I have had to deal with at any UPS. Every time I go in there she is so mean. She complains if I put my product in any kind of packaging and yesterday I had this big box to return to Amazon and my label was to be scanned on my phone. I lift the heavy box up to her and she is sitting there with her scanner telling me I need to go to the Amazon app. No kidding?!! I couldn’t open my phone while lifting the box. Sorry. You need an attitude adjustment and I will never go in your store again. Everyone try out other Ups stores they are so friendly and nice and efficient. Every time I go to this UPS everybody is backed up and the owner is slow and lazy. She even made me move my box . .

  I recently closed my UPS business mailbox at this location after nearly 20 years, because of my pending retirement. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and all my mail and shipments have handled without any problems. I would highly recommend this UPS location for your mailing and shipping needs.
