I own an optometry practice in Holly Springs. I was recently in need of two employees, so the first place I turned was Local Eye Site. The candidates were high-quality and specific to eye care, unlike the candidates you get when advertising on other non-industry specific sites. Within the first month, I had both spots filled with great people. LES saved me time and energy in my employee search, and I will definitely use them for all my openings.

Anyone who is responsible for recruiting ophthalmic clinical staff can agree that it is difficult and very competitive. I have been a loyal client of LES since 2009 and have watched the development of this company over the years. The advancement of the website and services offered are cutting edge. The staff acts as a partner not a vendor and I could not be happier. I have access to great staff and the ability to promote our employment brand.

I run the operations for a large ophthalmology and optometry practice in Southern California and we recently began using Local Eye Site and have hired 3 incredible eye care professionals (technicians). The candidates applying are top notch talent that are in the eye care field. I haven’t yet tapped into their administrative side, but as soon as an opening comes up I will definitely use Local Eye Site.
