  I had a negative experience working with Brent Underhill the recruiter at KORE1. In the beginning when he reached out to me about the job opportunity, he seemed very professional, well-spoken and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. Surprisingly, the overall communication with him and the company I worked for ended up completely lacking and it just didn’t seem like he genuinely cared about my experience with the company that he connected me to work with. I should’ve noticed the red flags in the beginning such as delayed emails that he said he would be sending over (had to check up and ask him if he sent it myself) as well as the bait-and-switch situation regarding my job title at the company. I think he’s only eager to get you the position so that he can get his commission pay for it and then after that, he doesn’t really care to check in to see how things are going for you to create a smooth transition into your new role. I’ve texted him and also sent an email requesting for a separation letter from KORE1 to provide to my housing specialist but he has still not responded. Pretty disappointed in general since I thought this was one of the better staffing agencies out there….

  They have job listings with extremely outdated description. One wanted you to earn a certification within 18 months of hire, but the certification has been extinct for years and you can’t even get it. Along with the fact the “recruiters” know nothing about the actual job and rush the phone call. When a recruiting firm is blasting out a job with an extremely outdated description, it’s not a good look at all, they could not even be bothered to fact check the description….

  They are the best agency I worked with honestly all of their employees are education and professional… reliable staff here. Jason was my recruiter let me tell you he is on top of his work communication skills 100. I recommend this agency top of my list. Sites they send you to are 👍 great! I’m just sad that I am not with them due to family problems and loosing a love one I hope one day I can get another opportunity with them. You won’t waste your time here honestly!
