Absolutely discusting service.
Had the misfortune to meet with the most rude unprofessional security guard I have ever met.
He wore no identification badge refused to give his name. Instead of being helpful and showing me where to park my car, which was only a few metres away, he took me for a uneccessary walk to the front of the building. Later we returned to the same spot where I originally met him, and said there was parking for me there. Totally ridiculous waste of my time. He stated that I “was not a customer ” obviously has no place working in a customer service position. No knowledge in this area and not the manners necessary.
I told him I wanted to complain about the service provided, apparently he phoned his supervisor who said I was no welcome there. I went home without visiting my 90 year old friend.

Very professional and friendly staff members. Love to work with them and guess what its the highest paid agency in QLD. Also its been a pleasure working with Covax Australia as they provide the opportunity to work in QLD health.
