I am now on my second course with Juno. One being the freedom project and currently on, own my life. I can’t personally say what the service is like as I was referred via school, but I can say the two courses I’m currently having are brilliant, our worker as made me feel comfortable and as made me see a lot of things differently. I enjoy going to the course it has helped me out remarkably. I would recommend. 4 stars given due to not needing to be in contact with services apart from my key worker. Thank you.

I’d give no stars because I REALLY wouldn’t recommend. I called last year [2022] for help & didn’t hear anything until this year [2023] after another attack. They don’t take your needs into consideration, they’ve barely helped me just called & emailed but nothing has progressed at all. They want you to do ALL the leg work, figuratively and literally, which I wouldn’t mind if there were progress being made but nothing has changed in over a year & when you approach councils they ignore you so would be better if this organisation spoke to them on your behalf for proof/confirmation but they don’t. They try & ship you places far away from your support system, which is not good for people with mental health issues such as myself as we need it/them. I’ve been refused refuge because I have OCD/germaphobia and self contained flats seem to be nonexistent. No help and useless organisation & very disappointed.

Great resource and referrals available. Call back service calls back within the same day after leaving a message. Juno receives thousands of calls a day and they try to help each person to the best of their ability even if they havent nessacery been a victim of abuse they provide great resources and referrals to relevant organisations for therapy and talking services Thank you juno c
