I was recently seen at this dentist office on 2nd St Hamilton Ohio and the dentist and Alaya was amazing. I had tooth pulled a tooth I thought for sure I would need surgery for because you barely see it or feel it. This dentist numbed me and came right back 2 seconds it was out. Alaya is amazing keeping me calm made me so comfortable she was so attentive. She even called me because I forgot to schedule the filling I need done. And the man that checks you in is so great going over everything and making sure I had the information I needed. They are all so awesome and busy and still amazing. They make a great team/awesome team!!!! Thank you all so much for everything. Sincerely Amanda Jones

5/16/25: Final update. Tried using the patient portal again last month. Today, I finally get a reply: “sorry, we have no appointments available “. I’m writing a letter 2 medical board. 4/27/25: Well, another more positive update. I got a message on the patient portal, but I am on a not so great Government phone and was unable 2 get in & see the message. No voice mail or phone call was made to me. So I contacted the nurse Triage at my Primary physician and she looked it up on computer and said “oh, that came from our dental department. She put me through without saying another word. “Please hold” etc. This was at 4pm on a Friday and the dental office closes at 12pm. You can’t leave a message. It seems staff/ no one knows what is going on at Primary Health Solutions. So I called the nurse back and explained my frustration, she said she would get a hold of a supervisor or someone over there. The next day I about fainted because some young lady with an accent said they had an Appt for the next day at 8am. She spoke so fast I could barely understand her. But Yikes! I couldn’t do it because I take public transportation and they need a 48 hour notice and they don’t start until 9am. I explained this to her and asked if there was any possibility of getting a time after 9 am when my transportation starts. I have no idea what she said because she spoke too fast, so now I am back to square one and am so exasperated that I might write a letter to the Medical board. Enough is enough. This place is a train wreck. 4/25/2025. 2nd Update: Now I am beyond exasperated. This dental clinic needs to be either shut down, or new employees at front desk, or whoever does the scheduling or a complete reorganization/overhaul. I am hoping a supervisor will call me back, because no loyal patient should have to go through this. I finally managed to get on their “patient portal” which is about as useless as the three people sitting behind one desk staring off into space are. Why are they even there? What do they even do? So I finally get on the patient portal and it gives you a choice like “first available appointment” so since I have been waiting forever I chose that one only to get “we are sorry, we have no appointments available”. Are you fricken kidding me???? This is the most incompetent Dentist Clinic I have ever seen. I can’t believe they treat their loyal customers like this! I have been waiting for months? What?? Do they see Dogs and cats too? I don’t understand. Absolutely pathetic. “I am frustrated, as I have been coming here since 2013 or when they were parked outside in a mobile unit at 210 S. 2nd Street. It’s getting worse and worse trying to make an appointment here. The Doctors and Hygienists are nice enough, but I walked in.. there were three people behind the desk staring off into space, one man and two women, not doing anything. I tried to make an appointment, and the man mumbled something about going on “the patient portal online”. Why??? I’m already there, why can’t they make an appointment for me, and if not why do they need three people sitting around not doing anything?? I said, no, I wasn’t going on some online portal just to make an appointment as I was already there. Then the guy looks at a woman beside him and says some number I didn’t understand. I asked him what he was saying..he just mumbled again they would have to put me on a waiting list for three months!! Three months?? Are you kidding me?? Just to get my teeth cleaned?! This place is a joke and I will be looking for another dental office. This place is ridiculous. They don’t care about their loyal patients. What a joke! Three people who sit behind a desk being paid to do nothing. Wow. Unbelievable. Also, please don’t write and tell me to call some “corporate number” or email or whatever. I won’t do it. I’m in the middle of getting my teeth pulled for dentures and see Dr. Emming. So far my experience has been good the assistants have been lovely and the dentist has done great so far. The only pain after my extractions are from the side that has teeth which is wild ride I’ll tell you that. The only thing I don’t like is having to wait a while being each appointment but I’m not holding that against anyone practices get busy. I get it. As long as my dentures look good I’ll leave this at that.
