This place is terrible for employment i try to call every 30 mins to see if they are taking interviews they don’t answer the phone and sometimes they don’t answer the door so I went down there and the lady was there and said she’s not taking interviews today even though I was there at 12 noon she gave me the paperwork and said be back between 10:00-2:00 I’ve tried again to call before I arrived and still no answer I have to take the bus and want to know if anyone will be there before I just show up because I don’t have fare to make it just to be turned around everyday I mean thats why I’m here to seek employment and make money

TOTAL SCAM!!! I paid $720 to have a 910 square foot apartment cleaned and the place looked absolutely terrible even after I had them come back a second time. I talked to someone named Troy who promised me a partial refund of $75 (which is what it cost to have another cleaning company come do the job correctly) and he will not honor his word. I have waited patiently for a month and he continues to tell me that I’m not a priority. When I initially called this company to ask about their services, Troy said that his “employees” were all trained and certified….later I found out that his “employees” were day-labor. I would never have hired this company if I’d known the truth. I paid for 30 HOURS of work…I can’t imagine what they did all day in my apartment since it looked just as bad after they finished as it did when they arrived. After I complained, they sent a lady back to clean and she spent another 6 hours there…so a total of 36 hours of labor and the place was still so bad that I had to call another company to come do it correctly. Unbelievable. I have so many rental properties, I don’t have time to be at every one and monitor the workers…shame on me for trusting this company. Also, to make matters worse…after I called for a third time to complain about the poor job that they did, the manger, Troy, said “cleaning isn’t our specialty, I was just trying to do you a favor.” I find that very odd because when I initially called, he said that cleaning was in fact their specialty as advertised by the name of the company. This company is a complete scam.

This company hired our company to do window cleaning, this company still owes our company over $12,000 and refuses to pay. Our company contacted all contractors that hired Innovative Cleaning Services after payment check bounced and then was refused by Troy Parker, they had zero complaints about us, they weren’t very happy with Troy Parker and two haven’t hired his company since. Troy Parker bounced payment, provided a fake money order and has come up with every excuse not to pay. Quality of service was never an issue for him!
