Several times in my career I have had the opportunity to engage with recruiters, and even take roles as a result. Recently I had the opportunity to work with Smitha and Jeremy at Innovar Group. I can confidently say that working with them was the best experience that I’ve had working with recruiters. Smitha reached out to me about a role that aligned very well with my background. She took the time and effort to ensure that the potential role was a good fit for me, and that I would be able to meet all of their requirements. I feel as though she went above and beyond the expectations of some of the recruiters I’ve worked with in the past by helping review my resume, coaching me through some of the different expected interviews, sharing insights about the employer since she worked extensively with them, and doing her best to advocate for me with the hiring manager. I am happy to say that I accepted an offer that was exactly what I was looking for in terms of expectations and compensation, and have been in the new role for a couple of weeks now. I am growing more and more excited about the role I am in now, and I have Smitha and Jeremy to thank for bringing it to my attention and shepherding me through the process. I absolutely would recommend working with Innovar and specifically Smitha to anyone if the chance arose.

I worked with Smitha and Jeremy @Innovar Group and they were extremely professional, caring and equipped me with right information and set right expectations right from the beginning. They were helpful all throughout the hiring process which went for about 2.5 months in my case. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and would love to work with them again.
