Geri Moreland did an amazing job helping me through the recruiting process. I submitted my resume to Capitol Recruiters honestly not even expecting to hear back, because that’s what I’ve come to expect from these agencies. Geri got back to me via email within a day, followed it up with a phone call, got me in front of the firm for interviews within a week and checked in regularly even after I got the job offer all the way through the onboarding process. The people at the firm I had my interviews with seemed to think highly of her as well, and being submitted by her really seemed to be a positive for the people who are now my managers.
