I cannot recommend Helping Hands more highly. This is an amazing business with incredible ownership, management, and caregivers. Helping Hands has been helping me care for my parents, primarily my disabled mother, for roughly five years. Their caregivers have come to my parents’ personal home, hospitals, rehab facilities, and my parents’ personal care apartment at The Forum at Brookside. I have engaged Helping Hands for everything from helping my mother with meals to staying overnight with her in hospitals and in rehab because she was unable to use her hands if she needed to use a call button. They have been an absolute godsend. Every one of the caregivers has treated my mother with kindness, compassion and dignity. They have always been well trained and they frequently worked in tandem with the facilities’ nurses and aides to provide for her needs. And the hospital and rehab staffs were always complimentary of the way that the caregivers came alongside them to help as needed. It did not take me very long to feel completely comfortable with my mom in their care when necessary. When my mom passed away, the company and staff were extraordinarily kind to me and my father. Helping Hands is now providing care for my father and my father-in-law. I would not call anyone else for these services. These are truly wonderful people.

Having experienced 9 years of care for my husband from Helping Hands, there are not enough accolades that can adaquately describe our time with HH. From our first care giver to our last, the quality of care and caregivers met and surpassed my expectations. That we became a wonderful family perfectly describes our relationship with the caregivers and administration. My husband’s well being was always top priority with everyone. If there was ever a conflict, it was immediately addressed. Many of our final caregivers, whom had been with us for many years, attended his celebration of life service and sat with the family. That reflects how deeply we loved and appreciated them.

They have the most caring and supportive workers and staff. There were too many good people to single any one out. Loved them all and would highly recommend Helping Hands
