Received an SMS from this company – did not take no for an answer. Very rude bot or human, kept saying the same thing over and over just in a different way. Very unprofessional

I started working with the agency on October 16th 2020 as loader for UPS.
The owner is amazingly hands-on with her business and incredibly supportive, she along with so many of her staff have an impressive dedication to clear communication, not once in the 5months of being in their employ have I ever experienced a misunderstanding. It’s all been very transparent.
If you need work, this is **the** agency to sign up for.
Pleasant, professional and principled on achieving their worker’s goals for employment.
And in my experience the pay was pretty good too. 😉

Been signed up for a year now and still haven’t got a day of work. At this point I’m being threatened with eviction. Joanna constantly says she’ll ring me next week as there will be work coming in! Never remembers who I am when I ring back though. Very frustrating with an adverse effect on my life.
