I started looking for a job back in June of 2024 and was assigned Litania to help me find a new position. She seemed super nice and helpful at first, but 6 months down the line and I ended up finding a position on my own. She did not send me ONE position to apply to. This is the second time I’ve used GloCap and both times I have had absolutely no help from these recruiters. It’s hard to believe that with 8 years of experience and a bachelors degree, that they could not find me ANYTHING that matches my background. I will definitely not recommend this company to any of my peers looking for a new position.

I have been working with Sarah Roberts and Team SGR at Glocap and I cannot tell you how HAPPY I am with them and how grateful to be working with such an amazing team of individuals! I have worked with several recruitment firms in the past and the team at Glocap has been the first (and only) I can say with confidence have made me feel cared for since day one. They truly want the best for you and are always looking for roles for you! From the amount of detail they provide, to the effective communication all across (email and phone calls), extremely personable and encouraging, every step of the way they are cheering you on! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for employment.

I’d like to recommend Glocap as a premiere recruitment firm, particularly for an investments professional role. Shortly after graduation, I worked with 5+ recruiters but ultimately ended up at a position that Glocap helped me secure. Tara Cohen was a pleasure to work with, handling the entire process in a professional and timely manner. She provided a comprehensive explanation of not only the role itself, but also the history/background of the firm, its business strategy, and the overall firm culture. I found this to be unique among the other recruiters I’ve worked with, and always felt prepared through my entire interview process. Overall, I believe that my positive experience can be attributed to the attention to detail, follow up, and constant feedback/guidance.
