  I’ve worked with Fusion Medical Staffing across nine contracts now, and I can honestly say it’s been a consistently great experience. One of the things I appreciate most is that each traveler gets their own dedicated recruiter — which makes a huge difference. I’ve worked with other companies where communication felt scattered, and I was constantly unsure who to talk to or who was advocating for me. With Fusion, it’s clear. My previous recruiter, Kristen, was absolutely wonderful — compassionate, communicative, and incredibly reliable. Though she’s no longer with the company, my current recruiter Dylan has provided the same outstanding support. You can tell Fusion has strong training in place. Dylan’s approach is proactive, transparent, and genuinely supportive. He checks in regularly, makes sure I’m informed about everything from stipends to housing leads, and he brings a level of empathy and encouragement that goes beyond what you’d expect from a recruiter. Fusion isn’t just organized — they’re intentional. I truly feel like they want me to succeed, and that makes a huge difference in a travel contract experience.

  100000000% recommend using Fusion as your travel company! Kayla has been the best recruiter, she was always available to talk to and applied to jobs for me very quickly! Never had any issues! If I ever take a travel job again I will only go through Fusion! The best!

  When I first joined Fusion, it was a positive, collaborative environment where employees felt valued. Unfortunately, over time—especially after changes in leadership and direction—the culture deteriorated significantly. Management became disconnected from the team, communication broke down, and decisions started being made behind closed doors. Morale plummeted. Many talented employees left or were laid off without clear justification, including myself. The way the layoff was handled felt cold and dismissive. There was little transparency or respect for the people who had contributed years to the company’s success. It’s clear now that the company prioritizes short-term gains over long-term loyalty and employee wellbeing. Start treating employees like people, not numbers. Rebuild trust and stop making knee-jerk decisions. I no longer recommend this company to anyone seeking a stable, respectful workplace. Things may look good from the outside, but internally it’s a very different story.
