In connection with a central tender, we spoke on the phone for half an hour, when I explained what my conditions were. The lady was very nice and helpful. He said that our expectations are the same. I even went to a job interview, where it turned out that the salary structure was not as we had discussed on the phone. It turned out that there is a bonus system, not just basic salary + cafeteria, as we discussed on the phone. Of course, it doesn’t reach the salary I set. Here is the “how much is the basic salary?” question, I received the answer that it is not possible to say that. Which was quite funny, since salary is of course a very important factor in a job. Parking would not have been provided. (The surrounding streets are tolled, it was a real teaser that if there was a free space in the office building, it would also have to be paid in Euros, which usually rises.). Of course, this was revealed at the end of the conversation, after lots of questions and English language testing. It was also an interesting statement that other companies pay much more and that the salary there is completely fixed. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time on my part, with wasted travel expenses… approx. I was thrown out for 5 hours. I don’t know what the meaning of that was.
