Had a terrible experience with this recruiting company. Dealt with Richie who was skeptical about my work ethic and experience (erroneously). Nonetheless he convinced me to quit my job to work with Coolpak.
Took me along to an interview with Stefan the operations manager and Christie who was HR. Gave me every indication that they were serious about a long term employment opportunity and even offered me a higher position which I declined due to the change of hours.
Richie took me around around the premises where he paraded around like some kind of try hard rockstar.
I started the next day and performed well with perfect attendance. On the Monday of my third week I was instructed to train colleagues in my role and was terminated that evening.
Was promised last pay would be sent the following week with incurred holiday pay, but had to chase this up. Richie told me I’d forgotten to complete a time sheet which is untrue.
I could not recommend this mickymouse outfit to anybody, what a muck around.
