I visited the Half Way Tree location and Andre and Jeremy(?) were SO helpful. I normally utilise another cellphone fixer and they had my phone for two weeks waiting for it to be repaired… I had to be calling them every few days asking for an update and after two weeks got frustrated. I reached out to Andre by recommendation of a friend and within an hour they had my phone and 30 mins later it was fixed! Plus at a more affordable cost. 100% recommend Mr. Fix It Cellphone 👍🏼

Customer service at the HWT location was top of the line. I called and did not get through. However, my call was returned and directions given. Additionally, the team was very courteous and honest because I bought an extra part which was returned. I would recommend any day. My only problem was the limited parking space, but this was properly handled by a security that could guide the process.

Mr Fix It ALWAYS delivers! Exceptional customer experience EVERYTIME and I have had the pleasure of this engagement several times where my expectations were always exceeded. You can always find something in your budget and Andre will seek to accommodate your needs. I will forever refer this business to my family and friends. I wish a 10 star rating was possible!
