Yisel reached out to me about an interesting position at a company. I appreciate everything that she did for me. This included setting up interviews with the company, interview preparation, and asking for feedback. Courtney also helped me in securing the position that I am newly in. I appreciate both of these ladies very much. They are communicative, supportive, and responsive. TSE is a very helpful recruiting agency.

AWESOME! My recruiter, Courtney, has provided me with the best recruiting experience ever. She reached out on LinkedIn in such a professional manner, with an extremely creative outbound which called my attention immediately. And I’m so glad she did. The outcome of her outbound was for me to find my dream job, with an incredibly good company that shares my same values and passion, and an offer which matched my experience. Courtney, you helped me achieve a milestone in my professional career, I think the quality of your job to make me match on the first try, shows your expertise. Thanks for being friendly, proactive, fast and for supporting me through this process. Is never easy to make a decision of leaving a company after a few years, but your support was key for me to feel confident in taking this step. I’d recommend The Search Experience to anyone! And they’re lucky to have Courtney.

Working with The Search Experience was phenomenal. Courtney Coyne, the talent partner who I was assigned to was incredibly generous with her knowledge and her time. I could tell she genuinely wanted to make the right match, and equally weighs the needs of the employer and prospective employee. She is a true relationship builder and prioritizes human-to-human connection. I have worked with 3rd party recruitment firms in the past, but have never felt as supported as I did working with Courtney. She went above and beyond to make me feel secure throughout the entire process. And now, I’m in my ideal role at a thriving company!
