  This attorney likes to represent slum lords. I received an eviction notice filed by this attorney and I haven’t had hot water since December 23rd, 2024. Funny how when I call my landlord out about not repairing the hot water heater, he goes and files eviction. Can someone say retaliation.

  Michael took our call and gave us hope when no one else would. Two weeks after signing a lease with our landlord and less than 24 hours before move-in, the landlords said they’d changed their mind and would only offer us inferior properties in exchange. What followed was four and a half months of dealing with the landlords’ code violations, missing permits, shoddy work, dangerous conditions, and harassment. Michael was with us through it all, and ultimately won us a settlement that covered the cost of severing the lease unilaterally and moving to a new home that suited our needs. Here’s the kicker: Michael was extremely economical with the time he spent on our case so we didn’t spend any more money than necessary. This was especially generous considering our legal costs were included in our settlement. Bottom line: Michael Cassone gets it done, and doesn’t waste time or money.
