Went in with a friend after scheduling appointments to get our septum’s pierced. Kennedy was very kind and thorough answering our questions and getting us checked in. Lou was our piercer and he did an amazing job! Took his time setting up the room and sterilizing everything which we were pleased with and talked through the procedure. The piercing was eye watering but nothing too bad! We were very pleased with our experience and look forward to coming back to get our retainers swapped and to see how our septum’s are healing 🙂

If you want your piercings done by true professionals come here. This place is super clean, and they only use high quality jewelry. I was super nervous my first time here, but Rubi is very calming and explains the entire process step by step. I have been back to see her a few times now, and will definitely be back to see her for check-ups and future piercings.

Got my eyebrow pierced at Enigma and had a great experience. Currently 6 weeks post, and healing process has been great. I bought their saline spray for 10 dollars which is worth it!
