My company uses Workday as its HR workflow system. As a manager and an employee, I can say unequivocally that the system offers the worst user experience of just about any software tool I have ever used. It is extremely difficult to locate event the most basic information and completion of standard tasks involves an overly complex and convoluted set of steps. I have never interacted with this system without wasting significant time and becoming incredibly frustrated.

Workday is the worst candidate experience of all ATS systems. Their parsing engine is incomprehensibly bad, and there is no option for data entering your self, so instead you have to find their parsing mistakes as if it were some sort of scavenger hunt. Ridiculous. Employers who care about candidate experience, use a different ATS. Workday is expensive and awful.

This company pretends to be representing other companies to hire people on Indeed Website except I found out they are a soft wear company that collects personal information from people to use or sell to other companies. I Called the company’s phone # listed on google but no one answers the phone. That tells you something!!
