Do Not Work for this company. They have a bad habit of hiring a team of prior servicemembers for defense contract jobs overseas and then firing everyone over the course of two months when they are the subcontract.

Dav-Force does not have any interest in their employees nor their employees families. My father has passed away and this company refuses to pay for my husband come home! The ticket is 5k. What family can afford that? What company takes $1 an hour away from their employees pay, tells them that if they don’t like it then they can leave and keeps getting away with it. Yet still expects their employees to be able to afford a 5k ticket? My husband still remained a faithful employee and they won’t pay for him to come home when his family needs him and he needs us? This company isn’t very American in my eyes! They don’t offer benefits and when he got sick and was hospitalized for a week they didn’t even go visit him or check on him. Though they were sure to drop him off and pick him up. If it weren’t for OshKosh Corp my husband would have been stranded and deathly sick. They don’t offer benefits for the families either. No medical, dental or a subsidy to help pay for it. Even though they have over 300 employees. Isn’t that illegal? Now they won’t help him come home in his and his family’s time of need! This company needs to lose its contracts and be shut down. How do you do this to a family?

This company is really bad. They don’t give insurance to their employees, they only give time and a quarter which is unheard of and if you get sick or have a family emergency they want assist you in any form. Plus you have to check your hrs that you work or they will cheat you out of your time. All around bad company.
