Wouldn’t even rate it a one honestly, I’m sorry but this company is very unorganized and don’t have anything together!!! It took my boyfriend a month to ever start working after getting hired on (went to open interview did the paper work, drug test and all on a Friday was supposed to start on that following Monday) then he wasn’t able to all because he hurt his back the day before he was originally supposed to start the doctors put him on muscle relaxers and some pain meds (you clearly can’t work when on them) he had to wait a week to be cleared, once he was cleared by the doctor he called them to let them know and they kept telling him that he had to come in for a drug test and paper work before he could start EVEN THO HE HAD ALREADY DONE ALL OF THAT!! then he fought back and forth with them for about 2/3 weeks before he got a start date finally!! Okay awesome! Everything is great! He gets paper checks because he don’t have a bank account and they offered a wisely pay card but wouldn’t get here for a week or something they said so we just thought paper checks in mail would be faster so he can open his own bank account to set up direct deposit so we don’t have to deal with ts, VERY UNDERSTANDABLE! WE HAVE KIDS! WE HAVE BILLS TO PAY! So he gets his first check took 3 days to get here being sent out on a Friday getting to him on Monday. Now this is where this company has me baffled. His second check for the week ending in NOVEMEBER 24th that has 45 sum hrs on it was sent the day before thanksgiving and here it is 7 mf days later and still NO check!!! Have been spam calling hr office and the office out of ky. Everyone keeps saying the same thing wait till Saturday and if it’s not to you we can reissue a new one blah blah blah idgaf. Y’all don’t care. My rent is due tomorrow!!! The last day I can pay it and I assure you his check probably isn’t going to come by then either. I don’t understand why y’all don’t put tracking number on checks like they ain’t somebody’s life’s your messing with. Terrible terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! WE ARE SO LIVID!!!
