As Talent Acquisition Process Lead, I have worked with many individuals but few of them like Lonnie. He has a very broad and deep technical knowledge when it comes to a wide range of positions and job levels. He has excellent soft skills as it was easy for him to build a relationship with new people in a matter of minutes, as well as being able to handle difficult situations and individuals. I will very much miss working with him and whoever is able to work with Lonnie will be very lucky!
