Terrible Experience – Extremely Rude and Unprofessional
If I could give Crawford Consulting Services Inc. zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with this company was beyond disappointing—it was downright frustrating and unacceptable. From the moment I interacted with them, it was clear that professionalism and customer service were not a priority.
The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, making me feel as though I was wasting their time by simply asking for clarification on basic matters. Instead of providing clear, helpful responses, they spoke in a condescending tone and acted as if I should already know the information I was requesting. It was shocking to be treated with such disregard, especially by a company that supposedly specializes in consulting services.
Communication was another major issue. Not only were they unhelpful, but they were also unresponsive when I needed follow-ups. Calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and when I did finally get a response, it was short, curt, and unhelpful. There was no effort to actually assist me or address my concerns in a professional manner.
Additionally, the overall attitude of the employees was extremely unwelcoming. Instead of making me feel valued as a potential client, they acted as if I was an inconvenience. Their lack of professionalism was evident in every interaction, and I was appalled by their dismissive and unhelpful approach. It’s one thing to have an off day, but this kind of behavior seemed ingrained in their company culture.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Crawford Consulting Services Inc. to look elsewhere. There are plenty of consulting firms that actually value their clients and provide the respect and professionalism that every customer deserves. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
