Melissa Castro was my recruiter contact. She was fabulous! I initially by passed the company she steered me toward as I assumed I did not have one key ingredient in my background. With her reaching out to me, encouragement & acknowledgement of my wide background, I pursued the position. Much to my delight I was hired after 4 interviews and thorough assessment. She made sure to connect and remind me of interviews. I’m so pleased as this is a top notch company! Thank you so much Melissa!

I had an amazing experience working with Andy at Crawford Thomas recruiting! I have been approached by several recruiters in the past while on a job search, and Andy blew all of them out of the water! She approached me with a perfect job opportunity that aligned with my career goals. She was so kind and personable, responsive, and guided me from day 1. She even gave me interview advice and pointers! Fast forward to calling me with the exciting news that I would be receiving my offer! She was there for me even beyond my first day, checking in to see how things were going. Looking for a job can be such a daunting process and Andy really did an amazing job at making it a pleasant experience and making me feel at ease. I am so thankful for her! There is no denying that she is great at what she does. Thank you Andy!!!!!!
