Carter and Dalia had done a wonderful job understanding the package situation and suggested options in optimizing the solution of shipping out the bulk product which is a product to be returned to the seller from Amazon which is around 50lbs ..

The experience is mixed. When we are dropping off/shipping, if everything is perfect from your side, this is a good store for doing business. Anything else where we have questions or not sure how to do it, they show a different attitude. I only met 1 or 2 persons in this store who are helpful and behave like they appreciate the business we are giving. Others have a don’t care attitude. I went there for notary couple of times – they find something to say they cannot notarize. Once I went there thrice for notary and each time they told me reasons that they didn’t find the first time. The lady of the shop treat you like a subject in her kingdom. Ridiculous. Even though this is my nearest shop, I avoid going here and instead drive another 2 miles to a UPS store where people have some common sense.

I came to process a return today. Since it was my first time, I didn’t understand the process. The beautiful saleswoman, Ms. Gabby, was very patient and explained step by step, which helped me to complete the business quickly and smoothly. Thank her very much! She is a lovely and beautiful angel! !
