Unfortunately, my recruiter, Ariel, completely disappeared for months. Our initial screening was pleasant; she seemed engaged and excited. However, after she sent a few roles for which I provided feedback, she vanished. When I reached out two months later, it was clear that she was not going to offer assistance unless I interviewed for every single role she presented, even if they didn’t align with my career goals. I believe there are better recruiting agencies that demonstrate more professionalism.

Highly recommend Bloomfield @ Co, esp Andrea Asbell. She helped my former manager hire for a (very) high net worth individual’s private office and later helped place me in a new role.
