They don’t know that what company does with employees and they are very old fashioned to proceed paperwork. Such as if you need w2 you have to go to the main office not only that any documents you need you have to go main office but instead that they could send the documents to someone’s email with attachments which should be helpful. They could have done their process and activities much better. Sometimes they may not know who you are if you have been working for them longtime. Salary or wages is low.

Ok… so they dont care about what you have going on in your life. Called me to the office 9 times before i even had a job. If you decide to work for them just be ready to sign some paperwork. I mean i signed so much paperwork i thought that was my job.
