I took the Aces written exams and out of 55 points passing I only got 52 points. I asked if they would consider / reconsider my application but the lady who conducted the exams replied in the negative. So what now? I don’t plan to retake it after three months as they say. The time and efforts in going to their office is no joke, going through the hassles of riding the congested MRT and walking through my way towards the Aces office from Shaw Blvd. Station to the backside of SM Mega A. OMG! what a sad experience indeed! This is the agony of expectant applicant from the unreasonableness and troublesome methods of applying in a call center. So sorry folks! it isn;’t easy getting a call center job! All the best to you all!
