I’ve had a fantastic experience with Rentals 4 Lincoln. My landlord, Patty, has been absolutely amazing, always responsive, friendly, and professional. Recently, I lost my key and she was incredibly understanding and got me a replacement right away without any hassle. I had moved into this home, and discovered roaches! After I posted my review, the lady that had I had been contacting about the issue posted that my dogs were aggressive, which never came into contact with her maintenance man, 1 person there 1 time while the dogs were gone with us. There wouldn’t be dead roaches under the house and all over night 1. And before I had even explained what they looked like to her, she sent me a message stating ” They are not the bad ones that get in food” How would you know? So willing to let us out of our lease, no blaming us until afterwards because of issues with getting money back. Or course companies want to keep their little secrets because it affects people renting from them. Take a look! I had moved into this home May 2nd, and discovered cockroaches night #1 and allowed someone to come spray.. Not a professional some friend they knew. She told me cracks under the front deck and storms can bring them in.. They kept appearing more and more, so we made the decision to move, again after being there only 3 days. We had money to give for the place right away and money to spend on our new place, yet this lady claims we weren’t financially able to afford it.. im 33 weeks pregnant and don’t work alot, but my boyfriend does. I am not able to afford anything on my own currently as maternity leave creeps upon me. Any mother should know that. However, it seemed like Patty was very nice willing to let us out of the lease and move as we wanted. I thought that was strange considering the fact she claimed to have no knowledge to these pests, but told me they aren’t bad ones that get in food.. And your pest lady told me how they are getting in from what she seen while spraying. I lived at ridge point villas for 3 years, go ahead and call the manager Nick and ask if we had cockroaches. We are in a new place now and it’s been almost 2 weeks and no roaches! Tenants there for 7 years moved out and 2 days later, the house was ready for move in.. Without proper cleaning fumigation or care to the property. We had bought paint and cocking glue with our own money to fix what was already there that I couldn’t stand and a little paint tear on the wall we caused. We fixed what we did, and they still charged us over 100$ from our prorated rent for things we didn’t leave for them to fix. Which was the right thing to do.. Now to address the issue with the accusations about my dogs, we had her maintenance man, James, comenin to fix a light in the closet snd a leaky toilet.. we took our dogs with us when we left but she accused them of being aggressive.. My 1 dog that’s part blind and 13 years old and my other who has very bad anxiety and is scared of absolutely everyone and hides! It’s rediculous to say those things about the animals when they weren’t ever there when someone else was, to avoid these kinds of issues because we aren’t stupid we know people hate pitbulls, so we take away any reason people could have to blame them for being aggressive. Patty Fonfara is 100% upset, and salty about the fact we discovered the disgusting situation in her home she tried to pass off as a home to have a family in, and is hitting back at me instead of being professional and apologizing. Instead she calls me names. Blames my dogs for things and says I couldn’t afford the home. How were we able to move so fast then? We paid 2100 im rent previously, good jobs and nice vehicles. It’s to day the least this company is horrible and doesn’t take accountability for ehat they have done wrong. Any situation where someone discovers bugs, do you let them out of the lease immediately and give money back if they were the problem? Or did they do that because they knew they were wrong and we had discovered it night 1. Patty, if your reading this, the neighbors know about the roaches.. And I hope the new tenants discover it too! Don’t ever rent from this company without proper inspection of any home they list! As for the pictures of the texts, I added the ones that made them look bad, because those are the only ones I have. I have rented from this company for 10 years. Anytime there has been an issue, it has been resolved quickly and professionally. I couldn’t ask for better people to rent from.
