Poor time management. Waited for 5 HOURS straight(1-5 pm) for photo taking, it only takes seconds to capture! Then been asked for 150 PESOS for “REGISTRATION FEE” to all applicants WITHOUT even issuing a RECEIPT. NO WAY! BE AWARE THAT NO FEES SHOULD BE COLLECTED DURING APPLICATION PROCESS. Even the POEA i asked, told me that there’s no such payment on any application process or any registration before contract signing.
