Requirements
- Proven experience as a Wood Carver or in a related woodworking role, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Strong knowledge of wood types, properties, and suitable carving techniques.
- Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools specific to woodworking and carving.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense for design and craftsmanship.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for prolonged woodworking tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Completion of a woodworking or carpentry apprenticeship or relevant certification is a plus.
