As a Windshield Repair Technician, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing damaged windshields and window glass in various motor vehicles. Responsibilities

- Perform windshield repairs using specialized tools and techniques to restore structural integrity.
- Replace damaged windshields and window glass, ensuring proper installation and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and replacements for customer documentation and warranty purposes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and address any concerns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations while working in the shop and on-site.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in windshield repair technology and techniques.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive glass repair preferred.
- Proven experience as a Windshield Repair Technician or in a similar role within the automotive repair industry.
- Familiarity with windshield repair tools and equipment, including adhesives and sealants.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Certification in auto glass repair is a plus.
