Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit technical documents, such as user manuals, installation guides, and operational procedures.

- Assist in the layout and formatting of documents for clarity and visual appeal.
- Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes and improvements.
- Conduct usability testing of documentation to enhance user experience and comprehension.
- Implement feedback from users and stakeholders to refine technical content.
- Utilize documentation tools and software to streamline the writing process and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical writing or communication, preferably in a technical industry.
- Strong proficiency with documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or Microsoft Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.
- Basic understanding of graphics and layout design principles.
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and standards relevant to the field.
