Job Brief
As a Hotel Supplies Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of essential goods for hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hotel and hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and customer service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase hotel supplies to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a salesperson in the hotel supplies or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel and hospitality products, including linens, toiletries, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
