As a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to hotel, motel, and resort guests. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

- Issue room keys or cards and provide necessary information regarding hotel amenities.
- Manage reservations by making, modifying, and confirming bookings efficiently.
- Transmit and receive messages for guests and communicate important information.
- Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms and guests’ accounts for billing purposes.
- Prepare and present statements to departing guests and process payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Assist in promoting hotel services and facilities to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training preferred.
- Proven experience as a front desk clerk or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and accounting tasks.
