Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations by making, modifying, and confirming bookings efficiently.
  • Transmit and receive messages for guests and communicate important information.
  • Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms and guests’ accounts for billing purposes.
  • Prepare and present statements to departing guests and process payments.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
  • Assist in promoting hotel services and facilities to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training preferred.
  • Proven experience as a front desk clerk or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
