The Hospital Director is responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and coordination of healthcare services within hospital and clinical settings. Responsibilities

- Coordinate medical and health services across departments to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives for clinical and administrative staff.
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication among medical staff, patients, and families to enhance care experiences.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems and electronic medical records.
- Relevant certifications, such as Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), are preferred.
