Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a hemodialysis technician training program preferred.
- Certification as a Hemodialysis Technician from an accredited organization (e.g., BONENT or NNCC).
- Proficient in operating hemodialysis equipment and understanding dialysis-related procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to perform basic laboratory tests and understand laboratory protocols.
- Knowledge of patient care standards and safety regulations in a clinical environment.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
